Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Paul John Shoes LLC. The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions you may have regarding shipping times and rates. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed same business day. Any orders placed after 3pm PST will be processed and shipped next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

If we experience a high volume or orders, shipments may be delayed by one business day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

US & International 

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous states. Canada, United Kingdom, Europe. Please note, Taxes and Duties/VAT apply and are noted as a separate line item.
